From the 440 Beltline:

 Take Exit 8B which is Six Forks Road and go approximately five miles.  On your right you will see a sign for Six Forks Office Center. Make a right at Office Center Drive.  Pass two rows of office buildings and make a right.  Wellness Supports is at 8390 Six Forks Road, Ste. 201 which is in the 2nd row of the buildings on your left.

 From I-540:

Take Exit 11 which is Six Forks Road South and go approximately 1.2 miles. On your left you will see a sign for Six Forks Office Center.  Make a left at Office Center Drive. Pass two rows of office buildings and make a right.  Wellness Supports is at 8390 Six Forks Road, Ste. 201 which is in the 2nd row of buildings on your left.
